White-label

With the Agency add-on, reports, PDFs, share links and report emails carry your agency's name instead of Serplyze's.

White-label is part of the Agency add-on. It removes Serplyze branding from the reports you send and puts your agency's name on report emails. Use it when clients should see your brand only.

There are two parts: a switch on each report, and a workspace brand that sets the sender of report emails and the look of the client portal.

The sender name and reply-to apply to scheduled sends and to test sends, for every report in the workspace. Hiding the branding is a choice per report.

What it does not change

  • The sending address. Report emails still go out from Serplyze's own verified address. Only the display name and the reply-to are yours.
  • The link address. Share links and the View report link in emails stay on Serplyze's domain.
  • The report logo. The logo on a report's cover is uploaded per report, not taken from the workspace brand. The workspace logo is used in the client portal header.
  • The app itself. Your team still works in Serplyze. Only people with the Client role get the branded portal.
Limit

You cannot send report emails from your own domain, and share links cannot use your own domain.

Hide Serplyze branding on a report

  1. Open Reports in the project and select the report.
  2. Open the Schedule & delivery tab and scroll to Branding.
  3. Set Logo on the cover to Custom logo and upload your logo (SVG or PNG, up to 1 MB). Save the report first if the upload button is disabled.
  4. Pick an Accent colour.
  5. Turn on Hide Serplyze branding and click Save.

The switch removes the Serplyze logo and “Made with Serplyze” from that report's PDFs, share links and emails. Without the add-on the switch is locked. See Reports for the rest of the builder.

Set the workspace brand

  1. Open Settings and choose Agency.
  2. Click Edit brand.
  3. Fill in Sender name (up to 60 characters; quotes, angle brackets and backslashes are not allowed). When it is empty, the workspace name is used.
  4. Fill in Reply-to address with one email address. Replies to report emails go there.
  5. Pick an Accent colour as a hex value such as #1f3a5f.
  6. Upload a Logo (portal header): PNG or plain SVG, up to 1 MB. The logo is saved as soon as you upload it.
  7. Click Save brand.

The Brand card on the same page shows the result, including the exact sender line your report emails arrive from. The accent colour and logo are used in the client portal header; the sender name is also the name shown there when no logo is set.

Requirements

  • The Agency add-on, on any paid plan. It is not available on Free.
  • Workspace brand: owners and admins can edit it.
  • Hiding branding on a report: anyone with edit access to the project.
  • A custom report logo and accent colour need a paid plan, with or without the add-on.
Plan

White-label comes with the Agency add-on. See pricing and Plans and billing.

Good to know

The rules are applied each time a report is rendered. If the add-on is removed or the workspace moves to Free, Serplyze branding returns on the next render and the default sender is used again. Your settings are kept.
