All features

Rank tracking

Daily positions from Search Console, organised into groups.

Every number comes from Google’s own Search Console data for your property. No scraped results pages, no sampled locations.

Daily keyword positions

All plans

We read your property through the official Search Console API with read-only access and sync it every day. Each tracked keyword gets the average position real searchers saw, across every location and device, with the clicks and impressions behind it. Groups roll up into a visibility score weighted by impressions and a rank spread from positions 1–3 to 51+.

  • Keyword history from the day you connect, backfilled from Search Console
  • Site-wide clicks and impressions for the last 16 months on every plan
  • Keywords you don’t rank for yet show “no data” until Google first shows your site

Search Console hides very rare queries for privacy, so those never appear in any tool that uses it.

Keyword groups

All plans

Organise keywords the way the business is organised. Folders hold groups and roll their visibility up. Manual groups take exactly the keywords you choose; rule-based groups match on query text, landing URL, position, clicks, impressions or CTR, and new matching queries join on the next sync. A keyword can live in more than one group.

  • Text rules with contains, starts with, equals or regular expressions
  • Nested folders with roll-up visibility
  • One keyword in as many groups as you need

Alerts and alert rules

All plans

After each daily sync we check tracked keywords for rank drops and lost rankings, and the site for click losses. Alert rules add your own conditions on one keyword or one group: position worse by N, out of the top N, clicks or impressions down by a percentage, or visibility down by points or percent, over 7, 14 or 28 days. Only final Search Console days are used, so provisional data never raises an alert.

  • Up to 50 rules per project
  • Group rules on position list every keyword that matched
  • Alerts listed in the app after every sync

Alert and weekly summary emails are built and switch on as we move sending to our own domain (see the roadmap).

AI grouping

Paid plans

AI grouping reads your keyword list, brand terms and existing group tree and suggests categories and subcategories. Nothing changes until you review the suggestion and apply it. Only query text is sent to the model, never clicks or other metrics.

Rising query suggestions

All plans

Every day we look for queries that are growing for your site but are not in your tracked list. Each suggestion shows its clicks, impressions and position against the previous period, the page that ranks, and the group it would most likely belong to. Add it in one click, or dismiss it so it stays out of the list.

Analysis

Find what moved, why, and what to fix next.

Traffic lists, content findings and forecasts read the same Search Console data, with Google’s ranking updates marked on the charts.

Traffic

All plans

Traffic lists every page and query Search Console reports for the period, with clicks, impressions, CTR, position and the change against the comparison period. Query × page shows which URL earns each query; folders and page groups add up whole sections of the site.

  • Lists read through the Search Console API: up to 50,000 rows (25,000 pages), against 1,000 rows in the Search Console interface
  • Up to 100,000 rows from a connected BigQuery bulk export
  • Custom date ranges and comparison periods

Free shows the top 100 rows of each list; the full lists come with paid plans.

Content findings

All plans

Content findings turn tracked keywords into a work list. Declining keywords lost clicks against the previous period; page two keywords sit just outside the first page; CTR gaps earn fewer clicks than their position should; cannibalised keywords split their impressions between several of your URLs. Each finding shows the clicks a month at stake and a recommendation.

Cannibalisation uses the ranking pages of each keyword, which come with paid plans.

Content decay heatmap

All plans

The heatmap lists your top pages against every month of Search Console’s 16 months. Each cell is the month’s clicks per day as a share of that page’s best month, so a page that is slowly fading stands out even when the site total grows. Pages are labelled decaying, growing or stable from the last three months, and the view exports to CSV.

Free covers the top pages; paid plans see more, and all of them with a connected BigQuery export.

Forecast

All plans

Pick a scope, set how much rankings move, and the forecast projects clicks from each keyword’s own impressions and an expected click-through curve, with seasonality from the site’s own daily history. Conservative, expected and optimistic curves give a range rather than false precision.

Page groups

All plans

Define groups of pages with URL rules (contains, starts with, equals, ends with, regular expressions and their negatives) or a list of pinned URLs, and start from your site’s folders if you like. Traffic → Groups shows each group’s clicks and impressions and its share of the site, counting every page once, and notes where groups overlap. The Pages list and the content decay heatmap filter by group too.

  • Up to 100 page groups per project
  • Live preview of matching pages while you edit a rule

Google update markers

All plans

Core, spam, helpful content and other ranking updates from the Google Search Status Dashboard appear as markers and rollout bands on the charts, so a drop can be read against what Google changed that week. Each marker links to Google’s own incident page, and report PDFs carry them too.

Advanced filters with regex

All plans

Analysis tables take up to 20 filter conditions. Text columns match by contains, equals, starts with, ends with or regular expression, and their negatives; number columns by comparisons, ranges or whether there is data at all. Match all conditions or any of them.

Actions and impact

Paid plans

Each action has a date, a type, an owner and its targets: page URLs, tracked keywords or a page group. Once the change has settled (a lag of 7 days by default), 28 days after it are compared with the 28 days before, on clicks, impressions, CTR and average position, next to the whole site’s change in the same windows. Until the after window has final Search Console data the action shows as measuring, with the day the result will be ready. Actions are flagged on every chart of the project, can be shared with clients and go into reports.

  • Page numbers from Search Console (every query landing on the page), keyword numbers from the tracker
  • Positive, neutral or negative relative to the site’s own trend, so a seasonal swing isn’t credited to the change
  • Results are kept once final, even after keyword history rolls out of the plan’s window

A before/after comparison shows correlation, not proof of cause: other changes and Google updates in the same weeks can play a part.

Built for agencies

Many sites, many people, one place.

A portfolio view across every site, access per project, reports that send themselves, and your data out through an API.

Portfolio dashboard

All plans

The projects page adds up clicks, impressions, CTR and position across every site you can see, draws them on one chart for the period you pick, and lists each project with its own trend and the signals that need a look first.

Scheduled and shareable reports

All plans

Build a report once with your logo, colour and the sections you need, then schedule it daily, weekly, monthly or as a one-off. Share a read-only link that opens without signing in, or save the report as a PDF from its print view. The delivery history shows what was sent to whom.

Email delivery is moving to our own sending domain (see the roadmap).

Unlimited projects

Unlimited on paid plans · Free: 1

Each Search Console property is its own project with its own keywords, groups, alerts and reports. You pay for tracked keywords, not for the number of sites.

Set up many sites at once

Unlimited on paid plans · Free: 1

Pick the sites to add from your Search Console properties (filter, select all), set each one’s country and language, and the keywords left on your plan are split over them by how many queries each site has. Change one site’s number and the others adjust to stay within the total. Each site gets its top queries grouped by URL folder, and the first syncs run one after another while a progress list shows which sites are ready.

  • Lock a site’s number; the unlocked sites share the rest
  • Sites already added are shown and skipped
  • With the Agency add-on, apply one project template to every new site

Per-project team access

Paid plans

Invite people to the workspace as owners, admins, members or viewers. A member can have access to every project, or only to the projects you choose, with view or edit rights on each. Paid plans include unlimited seats.

White-label reports and emails

Agency add-on, $49/mo · any paid plan

Hide the Serplyze logo and “Made with Serplyze” from reports, saved PDFs and read-only share links. Scheduled report emails show your agency’s name as the sender and replies go to your own address; they are still sent from our verified domain, so they keep arriving.

Client portal

Agency add-on, $49/mo · any paid plan

Clients sign in to a simple portal with your logo and colour: a dashboard of their sites, the rank tracker, Traffic and Reports. No settings, billing, team or internal notes, and they only see the projects you pick. Access is enforced in the database, not only hidden in the interface.

Project templates

Agency add-on, $49/mo · any paid plan

Save a project’s keyword groups and rules, page groups, alert rules, report layouts, brand terms and market settings as a template. Apply it while adding a project, or to many existing projects at once; what a project already has is kept, not duplicated. One report layout can also be copied to many projects at once.

Meeting mode

Agency add-on, $49/mo · any paid plan

Going into a client meeting, pick the projects to keep visible. Every other project’s name, domain and numbers are hidden as *** on the dashboard, in the project menu, alerts, notes, settings and exports, and portfolio totals and charts only add up the projects on screen. Hidden data is never sent to the browser, so sharing your screen is safe. A banner shows “Meeting mode: showing 2 of 9 projects” until you exit it with a deliberate click and confirm.

REST API

Paid plans

Create API keys in the workspace settings and read your projects, tracked keywords with clicks, impressions, CTR and position for any date range, keyword groups and page groups, daily site totals by device or country, country, device, search appearance and brand / non-brand breakdowns, your pages and queries, and alerts as JSON. Each key may make 120 requests a minute. For dashboards in Google Sheets, create a live CSV link for a project and paste it into =IMPORTDATA(): keywords, groups, site totals, pages or queries for a rolling period, refreshed automatically. Links are read-only, can expire, and keys and links can be revoked at any time.

BigQuery bulk export

Paid plans

If you export Search Console data to BigQuery, connect the dataset with a service account. The key is encrypted on our servers and never shown again, and a test query checks access straight away. With a working connection, the Traffic lists for queries, pages and query × page read from BigQuery instead of the API.

Keyword history up to 16 months

Free: 30 days · paid: 3 months · 16 months with add-on

Keyword history is kept for 30 days on Free and 3 months on paid plans. The history add-on keeps 16 months, as far back as Search Console holds data. Site-wide totals go back 16 months on every plan.

Connect Search Console and see your own data in about five minutes.
