# SEO report generator for Google Search Console data

> Generate an SEO report from Google Search Console data in minutes: choose from 22 sections, add a cover page and summary, then send it by email, share a link or save a PDF.

Choose the sections, the period and the comparison, and Serplyze generates the report from the site’s own Search Console numbers: clicks, rankings, top pages and queries, movers and more. Preview it as you build, then send it once or put it on a schedule.

## What it answers

### “I need a report for a meeting this afternoon.”

Start from a ready layout, pick the date range and generate a one-off report. Save it as a PDF or share a read-only link that opens without signing in.

### A monthly report that writes itself

Build the layout once and schedule it daily, weekly or monthly. Each send reads fresh data for the new period and compares it with the previous period or the same period last year.

### A report for one part of the site

Limit the whole report, or a single section, to a keyword group or a page group: the blog, a product category, a country folder.

## How it works: From a blank layout to a sent report

The builder shows a live preview with the project’s real data while you choose what goes in.

1. **Choose the scope.** The project, the keyword groups, the device, the date range and what to compare it with: the previous period, last year or a custom range.
2. **Add sections.** Turn on the sections you need, put them in order and set each one’s options, such as top 10, 20 or 50 rows.
3. **Write the framing.** An optional cover page with the client’s name, a table of contents, an executive summary and a note under any section.
4. **Generate and send.** Email it with the PDF attached, the report inline or a CSV; share a read-only link; or save the PDF from the print view.

## What you get

- 22 sections: summary KPIs, organic overview, visibility trend, brand vs non-brand, devices, countries, search appearance, top pages, top queries, page groups, ranking spread, top movers, keyword groups, content findings, cannibalization, targets, forecast, actions, annotations and Google updates
- Daily, weekly, monthly or one-off, in the time zone you set
- Up to 20 recipients per report, with a subject and intro that fill in the project, the period and the biggest winner
- Comparison with the previous period, the previous year or a custom range
- Your logo and accent colour on paid plans; white-label with the Agency add-on
- Delivery history of what was sent to whom

Availability: All plans. The report generator is on every plan. Your own logo and colour come with paid plans; on Free, reports go to verified members of your workspace.

## What it doesn’t do

- Reports are written in English today.
- The data is Google Search Console only: no Google Analytics, ads or backlink-crawl sections.
- The executive summary and section notes are written by you; they are not generated by AI.
- Sections come from a fixed set rather than a free canvas with custom charts.

## Questions

### What is an SEO report generator?

An SEO report generator is a tool that turns raw search data into a formatted report for a client or a manager: the key numbers for a period, how they changed, and what moved. Serplyze generates it from the site’s Google Search Console data, so every figure can be checked against Search Console.

### Is the SEO report generator free?

Yes, it is included in the Free plan, which tracks 100 keywords. On Free, reports carry Serplyze branding and go to verified members of your workspace; paid plans add your own logo and colour and outside recipients.

### Which formats can I export?

A PDF (attached to the email or saved from the print view), the report inline in the email, a CSV of the data, and a read-only web link.

### Can I generate a report without scheduling it?

Yes. Choose one-off, pick any date range, and generate it once. You can turn the same layout into a scheduled report later.

### Where does the data come from?

From the Google Search Console API for the property you connected with read-only access. Positions, clicks, impressions and CTR are Google’s own numbers for the site; nothing is scraped or estimated from third-party databases.
