# An SEO dashboard for all your sites, built on Search Console data

> An SEO dashboard built on Google Search Console: clicks, impressions, CTR, position and keyword visibility for every site in one view, with trends and the signals that need attention.

Connect your Search Console properties and the dashboard adds them up: clicks, impressions, CTR and position across every site, one chart for the period you pick, and each project with its own trend and the signals that need a look first. No connectors to wire and no widgets to arrange.

## What it answers

### “Which client needs attention this morning?”

Every project is listed with its clicks, its trend for the period and a flag when something dropped, so you open the site that needs you instead of checking them one by one.

### “How is the whole portfolio doing?”

Combined clicks, impressions, CTR and position for all the sites you can see, on one chart, against the previous period.

### From the overview to the keyword

Open a project and its own dashboard shows visibility, the share of keywords in the top 10, the rank spread from positions 1–3 to 51+ and every keyword group.

## How it works: A dashboard that is ready when the data is

There is nothing to build. The dashboard fills itself from the Search Console properties you connect and updates with the daily sync.

1. **Connect Search Console.** Sign in with Google using read-only access and tick the properties to add. Several sites can be set up in one go.
2. **Portfolio view.** Totals and a combined chart across all projects, then one row per site with its trend and signals.
3. **Project view.** Visibility, top-10 share, rank spread and keyword groups for one site, with Google’s ranking updates marked on the charts.
4. **Share it.** Give teammates access per project, give clients a read-only branded portal, or pull the numbers into Google Sheets with a live CSV link.

## What you get

- Clicks, impressions, CTR and position across every project, for any period, with comparison
- Per-site trend and signals that need attention
- Per-project visibility score, top-10 share and rank spread for tracked keywords
- Per-project access for teammates, and a branded read-only portal for clients with the Agency add-on
- Meeting mode with the Agency add-on: show only one client’s sites while you share your screen
- Live CSV links for Google Sheets and a REST API on paid plans, for dashboards you build yourself

Availability: All plans. The dashboard is on every plan. Free has one project per workspace; paid plans have unlimited projects, so the portfolio view is most useful there.

## What it doesn’t do

- It is not a drag-and-drop dashboard builder: the layout is fixed, so there are no custom widgets to arrange.
- The data is Google Search Console only. It does not combine Google Analytics, ads or social channels.
- There are no competitor rankings: Search Console only reports your own properties.
- Search Console data arrives with a delay of about two days.

## Questions

### What is an SEO dashboard?

An SEO dashboard is a single screen that shows how a site is doing in organic search: clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position and how rankings are moving. A good one answers “is anything wrong, and where?” without opening several reports.

### How is this different from a Looker Studio SEO dashboard?

Looker Studio gives you a blank canvas and a Search Console connector, and you build and maintain the dashboard yourself, within the connector’s limits. Serplyze stores the data on every daily sync and gives you a finished dashboard with tracked keywords, groups, alerts and history. The trade-off is a fixed layout instead of a free one.

### Can I see all my clients’ sites in one dashboard?

Yes. The projects page adds up every site you have access to and lists each one with its own trend. Paid plans have unlimited projects, and you pay for tracked keywords, not for the number of sites.

### Can clients see their own dashboard?

Yes, with the Agency add-on. A client signs in to a read-only portal under your logo and sees only the projects you granted them.

### Does it include Google Analytics data?

No. Everything comes from Google Search Console: the search clicks, impressions and positions Google itself counted for the site.
