# A client portal for SEO agencies, under your own logo

> Give each SEO client a read-only login under your agency’s logo: their rankings, traffic and reports from Google Search Console, limited to the projects you choose.

Invite a client with the Client role and they sign in to a simple portal with your logo and colour: their sites, the rank tracker, Traffic and Reports. They can look at everything you chose to share and change nothing.

## What it answers

### “Can we see the numbers between reports?”

Instead of exporting a spreadsheet every time someone asks, the client opens the portal and reads their rankings and traffic for any period.

### A client with several sites

The portal opens on a dashboard of every project you granted them, with each site’s trend, and they move between sites themselves.

### Showing the work you did

Actions you logged (a title rewrite, new internal links, a technical fix) can be shared with the client, with their before/after impact.

## How it works: What a client sees, and what they don’t

Clients get a narrower app than your team. The limit is enforced in the database, not only hidden in the interface.

1. **Invite with the Client role.** Choose the projects they may see. Everything else in the workspace stays invisible to them.
2. **Set the brand.** Your agency’s logo and colour replace ours in the portal header.
3. **They sign in.** A dashboard of their sites, each project’s rank tracker with keyword pages, Traffic with page detail, and Reports.
4. **Nothing to break.** The portal is read-only: no settings, billing, team pages or internal notes.

## What it doesn’t do

- The portal interface is in English today.
- The portal runs on our domain; a custom domain is not available.
- Ask Serplyze (the AI chat) is for your team and is not shown in the client portal.

## Questions

### Can a client see other clients’ data?

No. A client only sees the projects you granted them. The restriction is enforced in the database for every query, so it does not depend on which screen they open.

### Can clients change keywords, groups or settings?

No. The Client role is read-only. Your team keeps control of keywords, groups, alert rules and reports.

### How is this different from sending a report?

A report is a fixed summary for one period. The portal is the live data: the client can change the date range, open a keyword or a page, and look at any day. Most agencies use both.

### What does it cost per client?

Nothing per client or per login. The portal comes with the Agency add-on, and you pay for tracked keywords, not for the number of sites or people.
